Elmendorf

The project is an approximately 330-acre tract of land located on the north side of Old Corpus Christi Road, approximately 0.7-miles northwest of its intersection with FM 1604. The project consisted of an office/warehouse building business park, rail facilities, truck court, parking and drive areas, and an assessment of the existing Old Corpus Christi Road and any improvements required to the road with respect to increase in traffic due to the development of new rail yard.
