Frank brings extensive geotechnical experience across roles such as field logger, CMT technician, laboratory manager and project engineer. His on-site expertise includes soil-sample logging, concrete inspection, soil and asphalt density testing, rebar inspection and a broad array of construction inspection services. In the laboratory, he is proficient in both fundamental and advanced geotechnical and CMT test methods. Frank has successfully delivered laboratory testing services for multiple U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects along the Gulf of Mexico.
Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending quality time with his family.
